We are now accepting pre-publication orders for the updated Cody Family Genealogy and Directory books, last published in 1998!

The Executive Board is happy to offer big thanks to Barbara Metalsky, our Genealogist, who has diligently compiled 15+ years of Cody family information and Terry 270/3452, who laboriously edited and formatted that compilation for publication. It was hard work, but worth it.

Also, thanks to the volunteers who helped with proofreading, printing, mailing and marketing.

The Genealogy is a handsome dark blue hardback two-volume set with gold lettering. It documents the verified descendants of Philip & Martha, tracing the family back to the 5th generation. It includes approximately 1070 pages covering over 37,000 descendants, spouses and progeny. An outstanding feature is the Index, not found in the previous version. Use it with the website to trace you own branch's history back to Philip and Martha in 1698.

The Directory is a softback book containing 270 or so pages with 2500 names, addresses and other family information of households living today. Use it to find out who's nearby!

Tell us what books and quantities you want delivered to a single address, plus your name, street address, email and phone number with a check or money order made out to the ICFA. All prices are in US dollars, please do not send cash.

Pre-ordering closes September 1, 2013 so your order can be delivered by Thanksgiving, in time for Christmas gifts. After September 1, the books will not be reprinted until enough orders (50-100 copies) are placed to make a second printing economically viable. The price for orders after that date will depend on printing, handling and mailing costs, all of which are constantly changing and increasing.

It’s important for you to continue to update your family information via the web site or by mailing it to the address above. This allows us to send dues-paying members supplementary Directory pages once a year containing changes to names and postal plus email addresses for that year.
