The Florida Circle is comprised of descendants of Philip and Martha Cody of Beverly, who emigrated to the Massachusetts Bay Colony about the year 1698, and to those interested in the family who reside in Florida part-time.

The International Cody Family Association furthers its pupose through Genealogical research, presenting family History, as documented in the Library and the "Cody Review" a family newsletter.
